Peru’s Independence Day. July, 2016.
Chef Diego Oka from La Mar Miami by Gaston Acurio, told us about a menu collaboration between him and his fellow chefs Victoriano Lopez (La Mar, San Francisco) and Jesus Delgado (Tanta, Chicago). They got together and presented a succulent traditional menu in honor to Peru’s Independence Day. The result was a splendid seven – course dinner based on Peruvian flavors.
